Despite our best efforts to deliver value through the PEN Pals program, we've observed a significant decline in participation. Additionally, a number of our members have had to cancel their subscriptions due to the monthly fee of $7.99, which has proven challenging for many. We've also noticed a trend where several members joined the program primarily to benefit from the initial 10% discount offered during the free trial period, and then chose to cancel their memberships shortly thereafter.
After careful consideration and review of these patterns, we have decided to discontinue the PEN Pals membership program. We believe this decision aligns with our commitment to providing all of our customers with accessible and equitable services. Prior to making this decision, we posted a notice in our Newsfeed to ensure all members were adequately informed about the upcoming changes.
Please rest assured that all relevant information regarding the discontinuation of the PEN Pals program will be made available to the general public. We are dedicated to transparency and will keep all our customers updated through our website and direct communications.
